01Accounts and eligibility
Kyberworld is a social and game service for adults aged 18 or over. Provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials private and take responsibility for activity you authorize. Do not impersonate others, evade restrictions or use the service unlawfully. The terms apply alongside the privacy policy and community standards.
02Paid conversations
The service shows the price, charging period and any trial offer before a paid conversation starts. Charging may occur in prepaid periods rather than per second. Review the confirmation before paying and use the session controls to stop or decline continuation. Creator prices and eligibility can vary. If connection, charging or delivery is incorrect, submit a payment request with your account and order reference. The account that accepts the payment confirmation is the payer for that session.
03Purchases and refunds
The checkout shows the selected product, amount and currency. Payment availability and pricing depend on your platform, region and channel. Purchases are credited after payment verification; do not repeat a purchase solely because a balance update is delayed. Store-billed purchases and refund requests are also subject to that store’s rules and applicable consumer rights. Use Help & support for missing items, duplicate charges or disputed orders. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
04Virtual balances and gifts
Coins, Gems, Points, gifts and cosmetic items are digital service features with different uses shown in the app. They are not bank deposits or legal tender and are not freely transferable outside supported functions. Do not promise others a cash return or sell accounts or virtual assets outside the platform. Any creator settlement or eligible redemption follows the separately disclosed rules and verification requirements. Gifts must be sent voluntarily and to the intended recipients.
05Games and tournaments
Rules, formats, entry requirements and rewards are shown before entry. A match may continue under timeout or automated-play rules if you disconnect or leave. Test environments can contain automated participants and experimental game configurations; do not treat test results or virtual rewards as an investment or promise of income. Never use exploits, coordinated abuse or unauthorized automation to obtain rewards.
06Creators and party hosts
Hosts and creators must respect consent, copyright and community standards. Only play music or share media you have the right to transmit. Local playback does not grant broadcast rights. Do not misrepresent availability, prices or earnings. Room moderation tools are for maintaining a safe space, not coercing gifts or purchases. Report abuse through the app or the support page.
07Restrictions, changes and help
We may restrict features or accounts to investigate abuse, protect users or meet legal obligations. You may leave the service and request account deletion. Availability and features can change, particularly during testing. For a dispute, include the relevant account, time and order or match reference in a support request. A material update will be published with a new effective date; it does not retroactively remove applicable consumer rights.
